To stop the RLM server, first stop the lightmap (ISV) server then the RLM server. You can use the RLM Web Server or these shell commands.
./rlmutil rlmdown lightmap
./rlmutil rlmdown RLM
Note that RLM must be in Caps. To check that the server has indeed stopped, use
./rlmutil rlmstat -a
