ステップ1：HDR Light Studioをインストールする
Linuxを搭載したコンピューターにHDR Light Studioをインストールするには、以下の手順で行います。
1.Download the メーカーホームページから.ta.gz file from our web site.gzファイルをダウンロードします。
2.Decide where you want to put it.インストールする場所を設定します。
cd /usr/bin
mkdir hdrlightstudio
cd hdrlightstudio
3.Copy the download archive file to this directory.このディレクトリにダウンロードアーカイブのファイルをコピーします。
cp hdrlightstudio5-lin-2015.0420.tar.gz /usr/bin/hdrlightstudio
4.Un-compress the file and extract to the current directory.現在のディレクトリにファイルを解凍します。
gunzip hdrlightstudio5-lin-2015.0420.tar.gz
tar xvf hdrlightstudio5-lin-2015.0420.tar
5.If you intend to use Maya などの 3D ソフトウェアにプラグイン接続して HDR Light Studio with a plug-in connection to a 3D App (Maya, etc) you must set the environment variable を使用する場合は、環境変数 HDRLS_HOME_V5 to point to the directory containing the extracted files. HDR Light Studioを起動し、「Run Unlicensed in Demo Mode' button.
The restrictions in this unlicensed mode are:
•Project saving and embedding is disabled
•Rendering out HDRI content is disabled
•HDRI content shared via a Connection will have a red water mark light
•Live resolution of the HDRI map is limited to 646 pixels wide, and area lights is limited to 64 pixels
•Saving of User Presets is disabled

Start HDR Light Studio.The software is not yet licensed - therefore a Licensing dialog appears after the splash screen.If you have purchased a node locked license, you will have been provided with an Activation Code.Activation codes have 24 characters and are presented in 6 blocks of 4 characters.

The status of the activation code is now checked on our servers and a summary of the licenses that will be generated is given.

HDRIマップのライブ解像度は幅646ピクセルに、エリアライトは64ピクセルに制限されます。
ユーザープリセットの保存はできません。
ステップ2：アクティベーション（ノードロックライセンス）
フローティングライセンスを購入された方は、フローティングライセンスのインストール をお読みください。
HDR Light Studioを起動します。
ソフトウェアはまだライセンス認証されていないため、スプラッシュ画面の後にライセンス認証ダイアログが表示されます。
ノードロックライセンスを購入された場合、アクティベーションコードが発行されます。
アクティベーションコードは24文字で、4文字ずつ6ブロックに分かれて表示されます。
2. Enter an activation codeボタンを押します。
3. テキストフィールドに提供されたアクティベーションコードをコピー＆ペースト（または手動で入力）します。
4. Verifyボタンを押します。
アクティベーションコードのステータスが当社のサーバーで確認され、生成されるライセンスの概要が表示されます。
5. [Yes]を押して続行します。ライセンスが取得され、お使いのコンピューターにインストールされます。
6. Start HDR Light Studioを押すとソフトウェアが起動し、ライセンスが認証されます。
